As I mentioned, I don't want to gate keep so when I stayed at this beautiful lil apartment in Košice, Slovakia called Apartmány Krmanova via Booking.com.
I want you to be able to find it too as it was perfectly located and a bargain stay for just £55 per night for a solo traveller and £63 for a couple at the time I booked.
The location, I thought was excellent and it has a 9.7/10 rating on Booking.com. I got the bus (no 23) from outside the Košice airport for about £1.05 the journey was approximately 20mins and the bus stop I got off at was close to the about a 500m walk 7 min to the apartment, it was super easy to get to!

Lidl Supermarket in the Apart Mall, a 2 min walk from the apartment.
Bus Stop at Námestie osloboditeľov a 7 min walk/500m from apartment the no. 23 takes bus you to the airport. Buy ticket with coins (Euros) at the ticket machine on the Mall side of the road - it also gives you change.
Railway - Kosice Train Station is a 650m 9min walk approx.
